The primary purpose of the B40 Young City Representatives Summit is to enable the youngs of the B40 Balkan Cities Network member cities to meet, establish friendly relations and strengthen the friendly relations between their cities.
Young City Representatives from the member cities will meet influential academicians, business and humanitarian leaders, public and private sector professionals and many others to harness the knowledge and skills needed for being impactful change makers.
Young City Representatives will participate in four transformative days of speeches, panels, networking activities and workshops. They also have the opportunity to give keynote speeches and to make presentations about their cities sharing a platform with the youngs from Balkan cities in attendance. They have the opportunity to engage with and be mentored by industry experts and make lasting connections.

The B40 Young City Representatives Summit program has been prepared on the basis of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Sustainable development is meeting the needs of today without compromising the needs of tomorrow. This means that sufficient resources for future generations must be planned for today. The most important element of this planning is future generations. The most important issue considered in the B40 Young City Representatives Summit program is to raise awareness about the importance and role of youngs in realizing Sustainable Development Goals.
Therefore the B40 Young City Representatives Summit program has been prepared with the motto “Youth Together For Better Future”. Young City Representatives are leaders of change needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals to improve people’s lives and the health of the planet. Young City Representatives will have a say in the planning of the future by proposing innovative solutions, inspiring change and adding dynamism.

Dear Young Friends,
The top priority of the B40 Young City Representatives Summit is to ensure your safety and health.
All required measures have been taken on the campus where the B40 Young City Representatives Summit will be held. You can find the precautions and applications to protect you on emergency case.
- Occupational Health and Safety based risk analysis is done through the entire activity area before/current/after the activities and an emergency response plan was prepared.
- All precautions will be monitored and audited by occupational health and safety experts.
- An Emergency Coordination Unit has been established for managing the emergency cases. A manager has been assigned to chair this unit.
- In the emergency response plan, 4 gathering areas and 3 first aid points were determined.
- All personnel have been trained and informed to quickly direct you to the gathering areas in case of an emergency.
- In any case of emergency please walk fast to the gathering areas without running and wait there.
- Fully equipped emergency medical physicians will ready for duty on 3 first aid points in case of any injuries.
- Fully equipped fire truck, firefighters, fully equipped ambulance and medical personnel will stay ready during the organisation to quickly respond against fire.
- Emergency layout plan and contacts list have been written this booklet and the name tags. Please check them.
- In case of fire and injuries, please call the first aid numbers wriiten on the emergency layout plans to allow professionals response as quickly as possible.

İPA Kampüs’te bulunduğunuz süre içinde olası acil durumlardan korunmanızı sağlamak amacıyla alınan tedirleri bu bölümde bulabilirsiniz.
- Tüm etkinlik alanını kapsayacak şekilde program öncesinde, program esnasında ve sonrasında tüm süreçleri kapsayan risk analizi ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği planı yapılmış ve gerekli tüm tedbirler alınmıştır.
- Etkinlik boyunca alınan tüm tedbirler iş sağlığı ve güvenliği profesyonellerince sürekli denetim ve gözetim altında tutulacaktır.
- Acil durumlarda süreç yönetimden sorumlu bir acil durum koordinasyon birimi kurulmuştur. Bu birime başkanlık yapmak üzere bir yönetici belirlenmiştir.
- Olası acil durumlara karşı sizleri toplanma alanlarına yönlendirmek üzere katılımcılar haricindeki tüm personel eğitimli ve bilgi sahibidir.
- Lütfen olası acil durumlarda koşmadan hızlı adımlarla size en yakın toplanma alanına gidiniz ve bekleyiniz.
- Olası yaralanmalarda hızlı müdahale yapılabilmesi için 3 ayrı noktada tam donanımlı acil tıp teknisyenleri bulunacaktır.
- Olası bir yangına hızlı müdahale etmek için tam donanımlı bir itfaiye aracı ile itfaiye personeli ve tam donanımlı bir ambulans aracı ile sağlık personeli etkinlik boyunca hazır bulunacaktır.
- 4 adet toplanma yeri ve 3 adet ilkyardım müdahale alanı belirlenmiş ve acil durum planına işlenmiştir.
- Acil durum yerleşim planları ve iletişim numaraları, sizlere dağıtılan bilgilendirme broşürlerinde ve giriş kartlarınızın arkasında gösterilmektedir. Lütfen okuyunuz ve kontrol ediniz.
- Yangın, yaralanma vb. durumlarda acil durum planları altındaki iletişim numaralarını arayarak en hızlı şekilde müdahale edilmesi için destek iletişimi kurmanızı rica ederiz.
